Our project was so funny and very educative. I used all the actıvıtıes ın my classes and my students learned many things abour science of food and drinks. We all improved our English. I learned different web 2.0 tools Tanks too much.

I loved this project from the very beginning.
Teachers were so friendly, we conected really well and were in constant communication through twinspace and also watsapp group.

Hello there. I am very happy to be in this project. We did very good work. We constantly exchanged ideas in our WhatsApp group. We suggested different web 2 tools to each other. We attached importance to cooperation throughout the project. Everyone has always expressed their thoughts clearly. This project is really important to me. We enjoyed every activity with my students. Getting to know different cultures made us happy. We have also observed that there are many delicious different recipes in the world. My students' awareness of this issue has improved. Thanks to this project, my students have learned to eat more consciously and healthily. This project showed me that eTwinning is sharing. All the activities were so much fun. Thank you everyone.

It was such a great pleasure to work with all of you! We, me and my students, are very grateful to join this lovely project. I’ m sure, that now, all of us have more knowledge about typical and healthy food of the countries involved. I loved all the activities especially the collaborative ones. I learnd to work about new web tools and I loved. Thank you for your commitment and kind collaboration. I think we all are richer after this experience.     A healthy diet is a sufficient and balanced diet. We need to get sufficient amounts of nutrients, namely fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals, for the regular and balanced functioning of the cells that make up our body. Our body needs all the nutrients. It is wrong to eat one-sided nutrition, that is, to only eat protein or carbohydrates. By eating a balanced diet, we also get important nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and fiber.
